Ileana (Ili) joined Baird Private Wealth Management in July 2020. Ili holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Florida International University. She has extensive experience in client service management and entrepreneurship. Having been captivated by Personal Finance and Private Wealth Management, Ili enjoys working with clients and their families to help them reach their financial goals while providing peace of mind along their journey.
Ili was born in Costa Rica and enjoys seeing and experiencing the world, having lived in her native San Jose, Miami, Guatemala, Aix-En-Provence, Madrid and now Charlotte; set to be her final destination. She is mother to three wonderful children and wife to Manuel, her loving running mate. Ili is a foodie and an avid photographer that enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Ili holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses and the WMCP® designation.
